Decoracement US began a project in one of emblematic buildings of London in Brick Lane, an exclusive place, visited by millions of people in the UK. The project consisted in rebuilding all the floors taken place, which were now completely worn out, not only because of the amount of time in use but because of the bad quality they were in. When the owner decided to contact Decoracement US, it was because of friends who spoke about their experiences with us as they have used our product.

Decoracement’s US technical team along with one of their directors visited the place so that they could have an idea of what was to be done at Brick Lane. They then decided to take some pictures of the worn out floors before applying the Eco Microcement Porcelanic which are shown below so that the difference before and after is demonstrated.

Our experts recommended for this type of floors which were made of old cement, to sand it down to try and eliminate the dirt and stickiness which have been there for many years. From there, the application can then begin, in this case some special products suited for this type of effects. These products would contains very high traffic as these floors are extremely old.

The products recommended were: {Sealer C, Mesh, 2 coats of Eco Base Porcelanic, Eco Primer and 2 coats of Polyurethane Water Base } to give it an original and resistant final look. The pigments are then used with the exact same colours as the cement/concrete, these pigments are also especially made for floors like shown above. Apart from the incredible change it made on the floors, it appeared much more modern, elegant and exclusive.
